Sean Fletcher visits the Abergavenny food festival and learns the secrets of successful barbecuing from devoted professionals Sam and Shauna. Chef Suzie Lee is in County Down learning exactly what ingredients go into making scampi, while baker Briony-May Williams is in North Yorkshire figuring out which potato makes the ideal chip. Julie Lin, a chef, is looking for healthy snacks because many people now work from home.
