Love and Loss Season 1 Episode 2 Information
Frida and Diego travel to San Francisco, where he is working on a major mural commission. Frida’s style arouses a great deal of interest, and she is determined to succeed in her own right in the face of Diego’s problems. She struggles to conceal her contempt for high society after witnessing the vast disparity between rich and poor in Depression-era New York. She creates some of her most visceral and devastating works after losing a child to miscarriage and her mother to illness.
