999: What’s Your Emergency? – 10 February 2020 – 10/2/2020 – February 10 – Monday – Channel 4

Season 10, Episode 4
Demand on Wiltshire’s emergency services is at an all-time high. Never have the county’s services been so needed, or so stretched. Traditionally men commit most crimes. But police have seen a 63% increase in offences by women in the last five years, including incidents of violence. The number of women arrested for drugs offences has more than doubled and there’s been a 40% rise in the number of arrests of girls under 18. PC Tom Gregory investigates an early evening report of a group of women attacking a single girl. PC Jon Simpson visits the male victim of an opportunist robbery by a woman at his home. A 12-year-old girl who has endured years of bullying gives a statement to police about the teen girl gang who set fire to her hair. And on Christmas Eve, a heavily pregnant woman and her partner carry out a shocking, unprovoked attack on a mother and her children.
