Ainsley's Good Mood Food 11 June 2022: Season 2 Episode 10 on ITV 11

Season 2, Episode 10 – The beach really is his happy place. Ainsley is rejoicing in everything the sea and the seaside has to offer. His first cook is a great way to spice up mid-week meals, harissa crusted cod with quick chickpea, spinach and tomato stew – speedy and tasty.

Ainsley heads to meet café owner Chloe on the Devonshire coast to find out what the catch of the day is and what she’s going to make with it at her waterfront foodie hotspot. In his beachfront kitchen Ainsley whips up a wonderfully fresh and spicy crab salad.

Joseph meets chef Slav and discovers the fascinating world of seaweed right on our shores and gets a surprising picnic. And Ainsley jazzes up a classic with the help of some seaweed by adding furiyake to the crust of his salmon fish fingers.

In a final celebration of the seaside, Ainsley is on the beach cooking up one of his all time favourites, chargrilled chilli-lime pineapple.
