Ainsley’s Good Mood Food 21 May 2022: Season 2 Episode 7 on ITV
Season 2, Episode 7 – Ainsley is celebrating dairy and all the wonderful things that can be made with it. His first dish brings a taste of the Mediterranean to his Cornish beach kitchen with Greek lamb burger topped with feta and mint.
Ainsley takes a road trip to the West Country to meet a man whose passion for steak lead him to start making butters, and inspired by his story makes a classic, peppered steak with a peppercorn sauce.
Joseph gets a lesson in cheese making from Alison and gets his hands on some of her tasty cheese. He repays her by knocking up a dish for her. Ainsley uses some cheese to add to his butternut squash and pecan pastry rolls, picnic perfect and bursting with flavour.
On the beach, Ainsley has fires up his pizza oven to make his last dish a sweet pizza topped with apricots and blueberries, served with a delicious amaretto cream.
