On Friday August 5 2022 8 p.m. ET, NBC broadcasts the “Semifinals 3” episode of “American Ninja Warrior” where the semifinals begin in Los Angeles where the competing ninjas will face up to 10 challenging obstacles, including, for the first time, Kaleidoscope, Ghost Town and Spin Zone.

Semifinals 3 – Season 14, Episode 8 – The semifinals continue in Los Angeles where competing ninjas will face up to 10 challenging obstacles, including new obstacles Over Under and Flipped Around. The two fastest ninjas will face off on the Power Tower for a Safety Pass going into the National Finals.
