Hurry Up and Wait
Series 6

Actor James is waiting for his big moment on the set of ITV’s prestigious new crime drama, and this holding area should be the ideal place to relax and go over all three of his lines – except he’s actually in a static caravan owned by Oona and Stan. The more he learns about this couple and their strange daughter, the more disconcerted he becomes.

About Inside No 9

It’s a good thing this programme airs on BBC Two and not BBC Nine because if you believe the (fictional) stories featured in the episodes, the number nine could be associated with bad things. The anthology show features darkly comic tales, each of which takes place inside a building that has the number nine on it. Whether it’s a grand country house where an innocent game leads to chilling revelations or a primary school teacher’s one-bedroom flat, the buildings are the sites of tales with unexpected twists and turns that in many cases fall under the heading of horror. All of the stories come from the minds of writers Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith, who also star in some episodes.

This show is broadcast on BBC Two, also known as the British Broadcasting Corporation.
