Former Facebook employee Frances Haugen testified before Congress Tuesday that the social media giant’s platforms “harm children, stoke division and weaken our democracy.” Overnight, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg hit back at what he called a “false picture.” NBC’s Hallie Jackson reports for TODAY from Washington.
