The 2023 Richard Dimbleby Lecture will be delivered by acclaimed actor David Harewood OBE. On the 75th anniversary of the Empire Windrush’s arrival in this nation, David evaluates his parents’ generation’s legacy via his own personal journey of self-identity, as well as how they have moulded and inspired a new generation. Richard Dimbleby’s son, Jonathan Dimbleby, hosted the broadcast from London’s Battersea Arts Centre.
