Gordon gathers his remaining 11 contestants in Anglesey, north Wales, to put their raw talent and skills to the test. Following a masterclass with an expert seaweed expert, the teams must precisely identify and harvest samples of the sustainable crop. To show Gordon that they can follow instructions and bring him exactly what he needs, the teams must navigate the rocks against the tides.
