We discover websites selling thousands of films of men sexually abusing women in East Asian trains, buses, and other crowded public areas. On these websites, you can even create your own custom assault. They are led by a mysterious figure known as ‘Uncle Qi.’ An online pervert community hails him as a guru, but who is he? The hunt takes us to Japan, where public sexual assault is known as ‘Chikan.’
