Samantha checks in on Marnie before beginning her ward rounds. The tension is palpable. She walks around the ward, caring for each patient and keeping an eye out for a junior doctor. Later that morning, she attends an ethics committee meeting to make a critical decision: whether or not to continue therapy for Marnie.
