Season 11 Episode 2 Information

The North West Ambulance Service responds to one new 999 call every 16 seconds, making it a hectic start to the shift. Aiden, a senior paramedic, responds with an ambulance and an advanced paramedic to a category two patient who has fallen 20 feet from a tree and has an open wrist fracture. While Aiden is treating the patient, a call comes in for a two-year-old who has fallen from a balcony. The advanced paramedic is diverted, leaving Aiden as the most senior clinician on the scene.
