Hello I have been watching today 3rd October the programme Northern Justice and found it very knowledgeable. The firm that was involved with the man who had glaucoma and the man that was disabled through an accident were so friendly understanding and very caring.
Sorry to trouble you but could you help me please, I had Hospital NEGLIGENCE 8 years ago I know the limit to complain is 3 years which I did and I have proof of my complaints, I sent loads of emails to which I have kept and lots of telephone calls. They kept on delaying my information by taking time answering my Emails and the time just went by and I was innocent accepting the their reasons. I was getting disabled from the NEGLIGENCE and was getting frustrated and upset I rang them Again 7 times on this day and they never got back back to me so the next day when they answered I broke down crying and they finally listened to me. I asked for a meeting to let them see what had happened to me through NEGLECT and that meeting took 7 years to
happen, then another approximately 1 year to inform me my case was closed, and now I am Classed Disabled and my husband had to finish work to look after me. This has all happened after a knee Replacement surgery.
Sorry I have realised I think you just wanted comments on the show but I am so upset this NEGLIGENCE has taken over me it has changed my life dramatically and I am desperate for someone to hear me.
If you could help me please I would appreciate it and will let you know the full NEGLIGENCE CASE or if their is anybody like the firm on your programme in my area ALDRIDGE WEST MIDLANDS WS9 8UN. I could contact, but if you needed just comments on the programme I am truly sorry to have troubled you .
    Kind regards,
    GLENYS HARRISON.
